1. About these terms

Stenochki is a browser game available at stenochki.com. The game is created and operated by independent developer Andrii Kolomatskyi (Anri Mars) ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

By playing Stenochki you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Accounts

• You can play without an account. An account is needed for cloud saves, ranked play and purchases.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.
• Your nickname is visible to other players. It must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or contain advertising. We may reset inappropriate nicknames.
• If you are under 16, you may create an account only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority in your country), you may make purchases only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Virtual currency and items

• The game includes gold, crystals, heroes, chests, a season pass and cosmetic items ("virtual items"). Gold is earned by playing; crystals can be purchased or earned through the season pass.
• Virtual items are a limited, non-transferable license to use them within the game. They are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred to other players. Buying or selling accounts or virtual items outside the game is prohibited.
• We may change the game balance, including prices, rewards, odds and the contents of chests and the season pass. We do not take away heroes or items you already received, except in the case of a payment reversal (see the Refund Policy), a technical crediting error, or a breach of these Terms.

4. Chests and odds

• A chest contains one random hero and some gold. The odds for every chest are shown in the game, in the chest window and in the shop's "How it works" tab.
• Every chest has a guarantee: its top prize drops no later than the stated number of openings. Duplicate heroes are converted into gold. The top hero of any chest can also be purchased directly, without any randomness.
• Chest results are determined on our server, not on the player's device.

5. Purchases

• Payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the merchant of record. Checkout takes place on Tebex's secure page, and Tebex's checkout terms also apply. We never receive or store your card details.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. The final amount, including applicable taxes and in your card's currency, is shown at checkout.
• Crystals are credited automatically, usually within seconds after payment. If they do not arrive within 24 hours, please contact [email protected].
• Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Fair play

You must not:

• use cheats, bots, third-party software or bugs to gain an advantage;
• interfere with the website or servers, bypass security measures or tamper with requests;
• manipulate ratings, rewards or leaderboards, including through multiple accounts or arranged matches;
• insult, harass or deceive other players.

If you break these rules, we may remove unfairly obtained items, reset your rating, or suspend or permanently ban your account. If you find a bug, please report it to us.

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the game running and your progress saved, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The game is provided "as is". We may update the game and add or change modes, heroes and rewards. A pass season lasts one calendar month.

If we decide to shut down the game, we will stop selling crystals in advance and notify players in the game at least 30 days before closure.

8. Account deletion

You may stop using the game at any time and request deletion of your account by writing from your account email to [email protected]. Deleted progress and virtual items cannot be restored and are not compensated.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of data or loss of profits arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under the laws of your country.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date, and significant changes are announced in the game. By continuing to play after an update, you accept the new version.
